What we do
Our specific aim is to assist people with injuries and disabilities to return to work in an appropriate and timely way. We have a nationwide network of vocational rehabilitation specialists who have a proven record of guiding individuals through a vocational rehabilitation programme and securing employment for them.
Following referral a face to face assessment of a client’s rehabilitation needs is undertaken. This focuses on barriers preventing a person from returning to work and creating solutions to resolve them. An initial report is prepared, listing potential vocational options and pay rates, labour market research and making recommendation for future stages in the rehabilitation process. Keeping all parties informed is an important element of our work.
In seeking a return to work we give high priority to negotiating with the pre-injury employer. Where this is not possible or appropriate we actively search for new employment opportunities, encouraging the client every step of the way.
Return to work pre-injury employer
- Negotiations and meetings between employer and employee

- Identification of suitable alternative vocational options
- Contact with treating practitioner for clearance to return to work and to ensure duties are suitable and within the client’s capacity
