Terry has more than thirty years in human resources and with operational management experience spanning engineering, textiles and insurance.
A Human Resource Director with the Sedgwick Group plc throughout the 1980s and 1990s, he held appointments with the UK company in the northern region and in the city of London at senior HR management level with the non-marine, aviation, marine and energy companies and also had divisional board responsibilities for Sedgwick Payne and Sedgwick Limited.
Following the acquisition of Sedgwick Group by Marsh Inc., he spent four years with Price Forbes Limited as the Director responsible for operations.
